EMCD28 - Non-harsh noise. Some neat little experiments from syndaflod, I don't really know what to compare this to, it's pretty unique. Packaged in a slimline case with much detail added in sharpie, also with Duct Tape OBI strips, and white-out logo on the back. CDr also comes with two bonus-tracks that double the EP length, so if you like it, no reason not to buy the CDr.
